*Job Title:* Integration Lead / Data Lead

*Responsibilities:*
• Own the design, delivery, and operational readiness of ServiceNow integrations to ensure scalable, standardized, and supportable connectivity across the ESM Golden Instance ecosystem
• Define and enforce standard integration patterns for ServiceNow ↔ enterprise systems (e.g., event‑based, API‑led, async vs sync)
• Rationalize existing integrations across converging instances into a target state architecture aligned to the Golden Instance
• Ensure integrations align to enterprise data, security, and error handling standards
• Own end to end delivery of ServiceNow integrations, coordinating across:
• Internal system owners (SAP, HR platforms, onboarding, Data Lake, etc.)
• Vendors and SIs involved in adjacent workstreams
• Drive clear integration contracts (data ownership, SLAs, error handling, support model)
• Act as the single point of accountability for integration readiness at go‑live
• In partnership with the DevOps / Testing Lead, define and execute integration testing strategy (functional, regression, failure scenarios)
• Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting standards so integrations are observable in production
• Ensure integrations are supportable by steady state ESM / platform teams post handoff
• Define and own the ServiceNow data architecture, including core tables, reference data, and relationships
• Establish data governance and quality standards (naming, ownership, lifecycle, validation)
• Partner with functional and enterprise data teams to align systems of record and authoritative sources
• Participate in the Data Lake Integration project
• Analyze and resolve data models and data inconsistencies across modules and solutions being converged into the Golden Instance
