*Responsibilities:*
• Design, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Analyze and report test results, log and track defects, and provide ongoing QA support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Partner with business and technology teams to investigate and resolve identified issues.
• Engage with development and business stakeholders across all phases of the testing lifecycle.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to enhance testing activities, improve quality, and accelerate time to market.
• Ensure all test documentation and scripts remain current with application changes.
• Perform Database, API, Functional, Integration, UI, and other testing types as required using available tooling.
*Required Qualifications:*
• 5+ years of experience working within Agile and/or Lean delivery teams, with demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize across multiple tasks, stories, and sprints.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent field, with 5+ years of professional experience.
*Additional Skills:*
• UI and API test automation experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.
• Familiarity with Agile testing methodologies.
• Experience validating highly available systems for performance, scalability, security, and compliance.
• Exposure to full-cycle, ground-up product deployments.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jira is a plus.
