About the Role:
You will own the automation and integration backbone of the IAM transformation — connecting Workday to Entra ID, automating on/offboarding workflows, and standing up Cloud Sync infrastructure. This role is critical to the FY26 pilot phase and carries into FY27 full rollout.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and reconfigure Azure AD Connect / Entra Cloud Sync architecture
• Define and implement Entra Cloud Sync pilot deployment for controlled user groups
• Coordinate with the Workday team to define attribute mapping, schema, and inbound provisioning configuration
• Configure Workday-to-Entra SCIM provisioning for automated joiner-mover-leaver workflows
• Build and test Azure Automation Runbooks to replicate and replace existing on/offboarding PowerShell scripts
• Integrate Log Analytics for offboarding audit trails and group membership logging
• Develop and test automated mailbox and group assignment workflows at onboarding
• Monitor and troubleshoot sync health, provisioning errors, and attribute mapping issues
Required Skills:
• 8+ years with Azure AD Connect and/or Entra Cloud Sync
• Experience configuring Workday inbound provisioning to Entra ID via SCIM
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills, including Azure Automation Runbooks
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps or Azure Functions for workflow automation
• Solid understanding of hybrid identity architecture (AD + Entra)
• Experience mapping HR system attributes to directory attributes
