Job Title: Identity Governance Engineer
Experience: 8+ Years
Job Type: Contract
Work Mode: Remote

About the Role:
You will own the governance layer of the IAM program — designing and implementing the RBAC framework, building out access reviews and certification campaigns, and configuring Entra ID Governance lifecycle workflows in Phase 2. This role requires both technical depth and the ability to facilitate conversations with business unit leaders to define meaningful roles.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze Entra ID and Okta sign-in data to identify access patterns and role groupings for role mining
• Facilitate working sessions with business unit leaders to define job-function-based access packages
• Configure Entra ID Entitlement Management — access packages, approval workflows, access catalogs
• Build and deploy access review campaigns (recurring, automated, with remediation workflows)
• Configure Entra ID Governance Lifecycle Workflows for joiner/mover/leaver automation in Phase 2
• Define SoD (Separation of Duties) policies and integrate with access request and review processes
• Establish governance processes for ongoing role and access package maintenance
• Support the design of a risk-classification framework for access entitlements

Required Skills:
• 8+ years with Microsoft Entra ID Governance (or Azure AD Identity Governance)
• Hands-on experience configuring access reviews, entitlement management, and access packages
• Experience with RBAC design — ideally in an enterprise financial services or professional services context
• Ability to work with non-technical stakeholders to translate business roles into access models
• Experience with lifecycle workflow automation in Entra ID Governance
• Understanding of SoD concepts and audit/compliance requirements
