Key Responsibilities
CLOUD & AZURE INFRASTRUCTURE
* Design, deploy, and manage Azure infrastructure — compute, networking, storage, and platform services
* Lead and execute the cloud migration initiative — moving Fusion5 from hybrid to fully cloud-based architecture in collaboration with the ANZ L3
* Manage Azure cost optimisation, resource governance, and subscription management
* Maintain Azure Landing Zones, policies, and infrastructure-as-code practices

ON-PREMISES & VIRTUALISATION
* Manage and maintain on-premises server infrastructure and VMware virtualisation environments during the migration transition period
* Administer virtualisation platforms — VM provisioning, snapshots, resource allocation, and performance monitoring
* Support decommissioning of on-premises workloads as cloud migration progresses
* Manage backup, DR, and business continuity processes across hybrid environments

NETWORKING
* Support and maintain network infrastructure — LAN/WAN, firewalls, SD-WAN, and VPN configurations
* Troubleshoot complex network issues and liaise with ISPs and vendors for resolution
* Maintain network documentation and contribute to network architecture decisions in collaboration with ANZ L3
* Support connectivity requirements for the Bangalore office and GCC environment

IDENTITY & SECURITY
* Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) at the platform level — tenant configuration, federation, and SSO
* Contribute to the Entra ID governance uplift — implementing Conditional Access, PIM, and role-based access controls
* Support the ESET-to-Defender migration from an infrastructure and endpoint management perspective
* Participate in security reviews and incident response as required by the CISO and Security Lead

ICT AI & AUTOMATION
* Participate in the ICT AI virtual team — provisioning and managing the infrastructure supporting all AI platforms used across Fusion5 — including Claude, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, and Gemini — as well as automation workflows and AI integration pipelines
* Build and maintain automation scripts and infrastructure pipelines using PowerShell, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tooling
* Identify and implement opportunities to reduce manual ICT operational tasks through scripting and workflow automation

L3 SUPPORT & PROJECTS
* Provide L3 escalation support for complex infrastructure and platform issues across the ANZ environment
* Act as the GCC redundancy partner for the AKL-based L3 — ensuring continuity of L3 coverage across time zones
* Lead and contribute to ICT project delivery across all major initiatives
* Maintain infrastructure documentation, runbooks, and architecture diagrams
