CORE SKILLS / TECHNOLOGY: P&L/budgeting, global delivery, ITIL/ITSM, C-level engagement, contracts/SoW, workforce planning, FinOps, talent development/succession.

QUALIFICATION / PROFILE: MBA/IT or equivalent, 14–18+ yrs Managed IT Services/Outsourcing/Enterprise Technology Consulting, 50–100+ team leadership across ANZ/APAC/India. TR Screening Rule: Prioritize exact domain/role match, experience range, core technical stack, enterprise/managed-services exposure and relevant certifications. Client-facing roles additionally require strong communication/consulting capability.
